Master Forst has been practicing Lima Lama for 16 years, and teaching for the last four.
His teaching style is patient and friendly, and he also has a great sense of humor.

The attitude in our Green Bay School is not an intimidating "tough guy" mentality. Though they are certified experts with black belts and real world experience, the instructors do not have big egos or chips on their shoulders. Their personalities are very down-to-earth. With small class sizes, one on one attention can be paid to the students. The school's instructors are here to teach you a skill, and they want you to learn. Learning is serious business, but occasionally fun and a few laughs can be had along the way too.
